Jesse Lee Soffer

Jesse Lee Soffer (born April 23, 1984) is an American actor. He is best known for his role as Will Munson on As the World Turns for which he received three Emmy nominations. He currently stars in the Chicago Fire spin-off Chicago P.D. as Detective Jay Halstead, in the Intelligence Unit.
